Stéphane Sarrazin launches the « Sarrazin Motorsport Endurance »

“Three months after his rally team launch, Stéphane Sarrazin takes up a new challenge by launching the Sarrazin Motorsport Endurance to shine on the various intercontinental circuits in addition to the rally stages. The team hopes to accompany young drivers in an endurance race. A Ligier JS P3 is already scheduled for the Asian Le Mans Series with in parallel the possibility to see an ORECA 05.

“It was essential that my endurance experience not only remain an asset that I am the only one to enjoy” says Stéphane Sarrazin. “Thanks to my expertise in the discipline and the courses I have been able to accomplish with numerous prestigious teams such as ORECA, Aston Martin, Peugeot and currently Toyota, this new division will be a real pedagogical, technical and sporting springboard. All continents will benefit. Today, this type of industry is mainly developed in single-seater for young talents. Our team will now offer a 100% oriented alternative to endurance races for both the Gentlemen Drivers and the future hopefuls of the discipline. ”

The Sarrazin Motorsport Endurance will not be limited to training as the team is aiming at the Asian Le Mans Series, the European Le Mans Series and the FIA World Endurance Championship.

“We have ordered our first Ligier JSP3 that we want to start this season in Asian Le Mans Series (4 races from 29 October 2017), before we position ourselves on the European championship in 2018,” adds Stéphane Sarrazin. “This will give our pilots the opportunity to benefit from the most comprehensive support possible, ranging from management, to highly personalized coaching in testing to racing. In addition, we will also offer our services to non-hybrid LMP2 and LMP1 teams, who will be able to benefit from a very wide range of resources, both human and logistical, to help them progress and achieve better results in competition. In all cases, and whatever operations we have to carry out, the master words will be professionalism, determination and performance. ”

For this new challenge Stéphane Sarrazin will be able to rely on Philippe Charissoux who will manage the company and lead an international technical team to best support our industry. He will also serve as Team Manager on the various events. “
