RESULTS APPROVED AND TESTED BY COURT BAILIFF

This test was realised to demonstrate the effectiveness of our Exel Motor product on a 100.000km vehicle. To do that, we drove 50.000km, 25.000 of them with our treatment. Discover our results.

TESTING CONDITIONS

  • Realised with a serial used vehicle from a car dealer.
  • Vehicle driven by a specialist: Philippe Couesnon, multiple world recordman with 61 approved automobile records.
  • 100 000 km for a 50 000 km journey thorugh France, Italy and Spain
  • Strictly following the highway code
  • Engine disassembled under the control of an approved automobile expert, working with courts and a bailiff.
  • Engine filling
  • Engine control as well as its emissions by an approved organism for validation of acquired capacities at arrival.

Conclusion before and after cylinders treatment

On the left: Cylinder head at 100 000 km, before testing. We observe important calamine deposit on the piston head, a bad scope on the piston’s back and consequently a bad compression.

Step 1 - 25.000km

BEFORE START

  • Checking of the vehicle condition
  • Emissions measurement (CO, CO2, smoke, unburn HC, NO, NOX…)
  • technical control of the exhaust system
  • Engine disassembly with a bailiff
  • Injectors, valves and cylinders caption

ROAD TESTING : 25 000 KM NON ADDITIVE FUEL

  • Engine reassembly (new oil)
  • sealing of the engine
  • Used fuel: hypermarket non additive Diesel
  • Emissions measurement (CO, CO2, smoke, unburn HC, NO, NOX…)
  • technical control of the exhaust system
Step 2 - 25 000 KM + EXEL MOTOR® TREATMENT

ROAD TESTING : 25 000 KM ADDITIVE FUEL

  • Used fuel: Hypermarket non additive Diesel
  • Engine treatment with exel motor® under bailiff control
  • Additivation with exel motor® power3 diese during each refuell ( 1 dose of 50 ml for 50 litres)

AT THE END OF TESTING (50 000 KM)

  • Analysis of the consumption (Continuously measured during testing with embarked computer (VDO)
  • Emission measurement (CO, CO2, smoke, unburn HC, NO, NOX…)
  • Technical control of the exhaust system
  • Engine disassembly with a bailiff
  • Injectors, valves and cylinders caption

To prove the effectiveness of our Exel Power3 RACING product on classic car, Riviera Racing gave us a Ford Escort Mkl (Monte Carlo Historique opponent) for the power test stand..
