Deadlines


Right of withdrawal: 14 days (EU/France) from the date of receipt. Product returns: up to 30 days, subject to conditions.

Product condition

Item is unused, unopened/sealed and in its original packaging, complete and in perfect condition.

Return costs

At the customer’s expense (unless we have made a mistake). Please use a tracked delivery service suitable for hazardous materials where applicable.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with the Consumer Code (Art. L221-18 et seq.), you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason for your decision.

  • Products must be unopened and unused.
  • Returns of flammable or hazardous products (e.g. additives) must comply with transport regulations.
  • A refund will be issued within 14 days of proof of dispatch of the return or actual receipt of the products.

Eligibility criteria

  • Brand new, sealed and in its original packaging (including all accessories, instructions, gifts, etc.)
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery (14 days in the case of withdrawal).
  • Please include your order number and proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items

  • Products that have been opened, used or partially consumed.
  • Open containers of hazardous/flammable products (e.g. certain additives).
  • Gift cards, downloadable digital content.
  • Unsealed hygiene/cosmetic products (if applicable).

Returns procedure

  1. Request: please contact us at contact@exel-motor.com (subject line: Return request – {order_number}).
  2. Approval & RMA: Please follow our instructions and obtain a return authorisation (RMA) number.
  3. Packaging: sturdy box + protective packaging; regulatory labels if the contents are hazardous.
  4. Postal address: Please send to:
    EXEL MOTOR – Returns Department, 382 Chemin Grange de Capoun, 06140 COURSEGOULES, FR.
  5. Proof: keep the tracking number and send it to contact@exel-motor.com.

Refunds

On receipt and quality control of the return, we will notify you by email of acceptance or refusal.

  • If accepted: refund via the same payment method (bank processing time: 2–10 days).
  • Should we refuse: we will explain the reason and the possible options.
Late or missing refunds
  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your card issuer (display delay possible).
  3. Contact your bank.
  4. If needed, write to us at contact@exel-motor.com.

Exchanges

We will replace any item that is faulty or damaged on delivery. Please email us within 48 hours, including photos, at contact@exel-motor.com.

Sale items

Items on special offer are eligible for a refund under the same terms and conditions, unless otherwise stated in the offer details.

Partial refund case

  • Item not returned in original condition / incomplete.
  • Non-compliant signs of use.
  • Out-of-hours return.

Returns Shipping & Fees

  • Return postage is payable by the customer (unless the order was packed incorrectly).
  • The initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Use a tracked delivery service and insure the parcel if the items are valuable.
  • Compliance with ADR/IATA regulations where dangerous goods (additives) are involved.

Gift shopping

If the order was marked as a gift and sent directly to your address, a store credit may be issued once the return has been received. Otherwise, the refund will be issued via the original buyer’s payment method.
