What are the accepted means of payment on the online shop ?
You can pay for your orders by credit card via a secure payment page (SSL protection). Depending on the period, additional means of payment may be proposed : they are clearly identified at the time of validation of your order.

In which countries do you deliver and what is the lead time ?
Orders placed on the store Exel Motor® are delivered mainly in metropolitan France (and, depending on the options available, in some european countries). The average time recorded are usually 2 to 5 business days after shipment, except in exceptional cases (periods of high activity, carrier, etc). The exact terms are disclosed at the time of the choice of mode of delivery and the terms and conditions.
How do I track my order ?
Upon shipment, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. It allows you to track your packages directly on the carrier's website. If you haven't received anything, think to check your spam or contact us with your order number.
What to do if I got the wrong product or if my shipment arrives damaged ?
Contact our team via the Contact page (or the address specified on your confirmation e-mail) enclosing your order number and, if required, photo of the package. We will notify the appropriate procedure according to the conditions of return and cancellation in force.
And then I get a bill in the name of my garage or my business ?
Yes. Simply indicates the billing information of your company when you place your order (name, address, eu VAT number if applicable). Your invoice will automatically be published to these coordinates.
